All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except where required by law.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with supporting evidence.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

• Results may vary.
• We do not guarantee exact likeness.

Uploaded photos are processed solely to create your personalised product and are governed by our Privacy Policy.
